Cast a hook, guide it through schools of fish, and spend the catch on upgrades that let you fish deeper and carry more.
Time the cast, then drag the hook sideways as the line comes back up. Plan your route through the fish instead of moving randomly across the screen.
Between casts, compare the next capacity and depth upgrades. Improving both can make future trips more productive than spending everything on cosmetic changes.
Tiny Fishing combines a short fishing round with a gradual upgrade loop. Each catch earns money that can improve your fishing equipment. The linked Coolmath Games page explains casting, hook capacity and upgrades before you start.
The launch opens Tiny Fishing on Coolmath Games. Time the casting spinner, then drag the returning hook; between casts, use the game shop to compare upgrades against the catch you just made.

Watch one complete cast before spending. If the hook fills early and passes fish it cannot carry, more depth alone will not solve that trip. If it returns with space left because you are not reaching useful fish, capacity is not the immediate constraint.
This is a decision rule, not a fixed purchase order. Prices and rewards change as you progress. Compare what the next upgrade changes with what stopped the previous catch, rather than buying whichever button is affordable.
| What you observe | Upgrade or technique to examine |
|---|---|
| The hook fills before you can reach a better catch | Compare the next capacity purchase with a more selective route. |
| The cast reaches too little water to offer good choices | Improve cast timing and inspect the depth upgrade. |
| You take frequent breaks between sessions | Read the idle-earnings option rather than assuming every upgrade affects active fishing. |
The hook does not need to sweep across every visible fish. Plan a path that uses its remaining spaces well. Once a run reveals a crowded area, compare a direct route through it with a slower sideways correction that misses the next group.
Maximum-depth and last-fish answers can depend on the edition. The publisher has updated Tiny Fishing, so an old screenshot is not enough to establish the final fish in the version you open today. This guide does not promise a universal depth cap.
Use the last cast as evidence. A full hook points toward capacity or better selection; a shallow cast with unused space points toward timing or depth. There is no single order that fits every stage.
It concerns earnings while you are away rather than how many fish fit on the active hook. Read the option in the loaded game before comparing its value with a fishing upgrade.
Do not assume that. Updates and host editions can differ, so a fixed depth or final-fish claim needs a matching current version.
